The duties of the vice president:

  • Provides or coordinates information on forthcoming events to the secretary for inclusion in meeting notices, newsletters or electronic distribution lists.

A caterer provides, Row material purchases and prepares food for G CHA-clients, any events such as festivals, conferences, celebrations, or large gatherings. Responsibilities to overlook kitchen staff and service, it include not only providing and preparing food but also serving it and cleaning up afterwards.
